Off Grid Power Requirements:
This is an Excel worksheet that we developed based on the information provided by Liz and Simon from Lifestyle Pioneers on their Off Grid Series on their YouTube Channel. Liz and Simon explain how to determine your off grid requirements, in easy to understand language and in 4 – 5 basic steps. We have also featured their video on our website (in the footer section) so you can review their video at your leisure.
Calculating Maxium Towing Weights
Again our friends at Lifestyle Pioneers have come to the rescue with this very useful and easy to understand video on how to calculate the maxium towing weights for both your vehicle and caravan. If you have a motorhome you can also use some of the calculations in the worksheet to ascertain the maxium weight your motorhome can carry.

Unhitching & Hitching a Caravan Guide
Our friends over at Staycation Oz have put together a very useful YouTube video on how to Unhitch and Hitch a Caravan to a vehicle safely and with ease. What we have done is jotted down the steps and developed a guide which you can print out and laminate to take with you on your travels. If you are new to towing a caravan then this guide will help you to do this safely with all the relevant checks in place. Simply adapt the guide to your rig and situation.

This checklist is a guide only and based on a broad range of comments via various Facebook Groups.
